Website Terms of Use

Last updated 11 October 2026

These terms cover the public Zevet website and marketing material. They do not replace any signed confidentiality deed, procurement agreement, subscription agreement or council data-processing arrangement.

1. Permitted use

You may view and share public pages for legitimate information and evaluation. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with services, exploit vulnerabilities, upload malware, impersonate others, or obtain material behind access controls without permission.

2. Illustrative content and product status

Public product images, scenarios, datasets, models and funding positions may be synthetic, incomplete or subject to change. A council is not a Zevet customer or endorsing reference unless expressly identified. No website example is a guarantee of complete functionality, current data, financial outcome or production readiness. Specific delivered services and commitments require a separate agreement.

3. No professional advice

The site does not provide legal, planning, financial, engineering, procurement or other professional advice. Figures or interpretations require verification against the relevant instruments, dates, evidence and expert judgement. Do not use illustrative results to determine any person's legal rights, contributions or entitlements.

4. Intellectual property and third-party materials

Avett and its licensors retain rights in the original Zevet branding, artwork, software, website content and designs. Third-party council plans, legislation, datasets, imagery and trademarks remain subject to their own rights, attribution and reuse conditions. Browsing does not give permission to reproduce private source code or imply an organisation's endorsement.

5. External links and private demonstrations

External links are for reference and do not imply endorsement. Access to a private demo is separately authorised and may depend on signing a confidentiality arrangement. Reading these website terms alone does not sign a deed or grant a right to private platform access.

6. Availability and statutory rights

Public material may change or be unavailable. To the extent allowed by law, Avett is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on illustrative, incomplete or outdated public material. Nothing here excludes, restricts or modifies rights and consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Jurisdiction and contact

These website terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to mandatory laws. Separate contracts will govern any purchased services. Contact hello@avett.com.au with questions.
